• Taste fresh produce from the Woodstock Inn & Resort's Kelly Way Gardens. The Kelly Way Gardens is a farm-to-table program that provides the destination with an endless supply of heirloom fruits and vegetables. This fantastic 3-acre garden specifically serves up over 200 varieties of vegetables, as well as 50 different kinds of herbs and edible flowers. There are also 75 types of berries and orchard plantings available, too. A mushroom glen even resides within the facility! Some 200 additional species of cut flowers are located inside the Kelly Way Gardens, too!
• Savor the history inside the restaurant that started it all—Richardson’s Tavern. Built in 1793, this lodging accommodation was one of the first in the new shire town of Woodstock, Vermont, now the site of Woodstock Inn & Resort. Dine fireside when it’s chilly, or on the porch in the summer, while enjoying rustic local fare and craft beer from the bar of this cozy restaurant that honors the original tavern.

• Step into The Prince & The Pauper restaurant and be greeted by an interior that reflects the history of the village, as well as the Bourdon Building, circa 1820, in which the restaurant resides. The front of the restaurant has a lounge that includes and antique wooden bar. Beyond the lounge is the main dining room, complete with hand-hewn beams. Partnering with local farms and foragers, diners will enjoy the unique flavors of each Vermont season.
