The Woodlands Spa opened in 1988, and it incorporates a Feng Shui design to balance and harmonize the flow of energies using the five elements of wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. The spa features 40 treatment rooms, two locker rooms, a pool, men's and women's whirlpools, steam rooms and saunas, a fitness center, a full-service salon and a retail boutique. All encompassed within 32,000 square feet of space on three floors.

The Holistic Healing Center at Nemacolin is located at Horizon Point, near Falling Rock, and offers alternative therapies, incorporating the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of the whole body, mind and spirit. With a focus on assessing each guest's needs and goals, highly qualified therapists, educators and advisors build customized treatment plans to restore life balance and elevate wellness. Acupuncture, therapeutic massage, cryotherapy, NovoTHOR PBM therapy, an infrared sauna, and salt-water float therapy are some of the specialty treatments and personalized care offered at the Holistic Healing Center.
