There are five venue options for a special event. The hotel caters to many gathering sizes and offers a planning guide to ease stress and make any event as seamless as possible.

Venue options available:

The Grand Ballroom: this grand venue is the largest hotel ballroom in Sydney and can accommodate up to 1,000 guests in a banquet setting and 1,400 in theater style. The Grand Ballroom can be divided into four separate sections, all of which can be set up to include innovative audiovisual technology, from sound and lighting to video conferencing, external broadcasting and more.

Heritage Ballroom: this ballroom highlights Victorian architecture and a unique, 11-meter-high domed ceiling. It is in the former home of the Sydney Telegraphic Center within the historic former General Post Office. This venue can accommodate up to 350 guests in theater format, 250 in banquet style or 160 in classroom configuration.

Barnet Room: This venue is in the Heritage Wing of the hotel and is an excellent space for small- to medium-sized functions. It is 133 square meters in size, which can be divided into two sections. The ceilings are 3-meters high, and the room offers natural light and period accents. The Barnet Room is ideal for meetings, breakout groups or social gatherings.

Heritage Executive Boardroom: Outfitted with the latest audiovisual technology and equipment, the 76-square-meter Heritage Executive Boardroom is a contemporary setting for meetings of up to 20 people. Amenities include a 100-inch 4k UHD Display Monitor and features a private bathroom and a connecting door to the other meeting rooms.

Meetings Room I-V: These conference venues are filled with warm natural light. Four of them (Meeting Rooms I - IV) can accommodate up to 36 guests each in roundtable format or 40 in theater-style configuration. Meeting Room V is slightly smaller than the other venues and is best suited for use as an office or for interviews.
