The kitchen is certainly the heart of Knutholmen. The hotel manager once trained as a chef. The hotel director currently works in the kitchen along with family members and friends from renown and prize-winning restaurants and on the continent.

Seafood is naturally our speciality. Plates rich with crab, crayfish, scallops, mussels, shrimp, and fish, depending on what is in season. Freshly baked bread every morning. Locally grown berries for dessert. Prepared by chefs passionate about their work.
