The Morrison Room, Carton House’s Michelin-listed destination for dining, pairs an ambitious 8-course tasting menu with an equally grand dining room, complete with marble fireplaces and coffered ceilings.

For lighter fair or a night at the bar, visit The Courtyard Bar or Kathleen’s Kitchen. During the day the bar’s cozy seating areas and tree-lined walls are the perfect environment to enjoy pastries and bites where the estate’s kitchens, bakery and brewery once stood. In the evening, the space transforms into a welcoming space to enjoy company, comfort and cocktails. Meanwhile, Kathleen’s Kitchen, located in the former servant’s kitchens, offers live cooking demonstrations to better engage guests with the local, comforting fare.

Afternoon Tea is also an ongoing tradition at Carton House, celebrated in the Georgian style in the famed Gold Salon, drawing room and rose garden.
