The Black Sheep Lounge & Bar, near MIT, named in honor of the firefighters of Engine 7 who were the self-proclaimed "black sheep" of the Cambridge Fire Department. The Kendall Hotel's premier restaurant features classic American fare with innovative twists to homestyle cuisine catering to meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Dishes are prepared from organic and locally grown produce.

The Black Sheep Lounge & Bar is closed to the public for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel is serving the fireman’s breakfast buffet to hotel guests only from 7a-10a each morning. The private dining room, Engine 7, is available for private dinners for up to 18 guests.
