JACKSON HOUSE
Jackson House—named after the family that owns Alisal Ranch— features three luxury king studio rooms each with a wood-burning fireplace. Each room adjoins to a large living room with beautiful vaulted ceilings, a wet bar, a wood-burning fireplace and a fully furnished patio.

Includes:

• 3 king-size beds, 1 king-size Murphy bed, and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa, with a maximum occupancy of 10 guests
• Spacious living room with a wet bar and wood-burning fireplace
• 4 full-size bathrooms
• Fully furnished, private patio with outdoor fireplace

TURNER HOUSE
Turner House–named after interior designer Nathan Turner, who designed it–features three luxury king studio rooms each with a wood-burning fireplace and private bathroom. The shared living room is accented by reclaimed barn-wood paneling and a wood-burning fireplace. Throughout the house, vintage artwork and furniture, as well as Ralph Lauren fabrics and Pendleton accessories, create a comfortable atmosphere.

SYCAMORE HOUSE
Sycamore House—named after the large Sycamore trees that surround the house and line the entrance onto Alisal Ranch—features two luxury king studio rooms that adjoin a luxurious living room (“Alisal” is the Chumash word for “sycamore grove,” and the tree is a large part of ranch identity). Each studio features a wood-burning fireplace and a private bathroom. The shared living room is accented by reclaimed barn-wood paneling and a wood-burning fireplace. Throughout the house, vintage artwork and furniture, as well as Pendleton accessories, create a cozy atmosphere.

Includes:

• 3 king-size beds, 1 queen-size Murphy bed, and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa, with a maximum occupancy of 10 guests
• Spacious living room with a wet bar and wood-burning fireplace
• 4 full-size bathrooms (including 1 ADA-compliant bathroom)

MOUNTAIN VIEW COTTAGE

Deluxe One Bedroom Suites each have an expansive living room with a Murphy bunk bed. A separate bedroom has a king bed, while two full-size bathrooms offer enough space for everyone to get ready for the day. An outdoor patio offers scenic views of pastures and beyond. A wood-burning burning fireplace, complete with a river rock facade, adds to the cozy ambiance of the living room.

PETE'S COTTAGE
The Cottage Suite features a private deck with scenic views of the golf course, while the front porch and back patio make lovely places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Or guests can cozy up in front of the living room's wood-burning fireplace. A king-size bed with a double-size sleeper sofa in the living room and one full-size bathroom offer plenty of space to sprawl out.

SUPERIOR COTTAGE

Superior Cottages have a comfortable living room with one queen-size sofa bed and one Murphy bed, while a separate bedroom comes outfitted with a spacious king-size bed. A wood-burning fireplace and vintage Western decor complete the rustic scene.
*Note: Some superior cottages are split-level with the main bedroom and bathroom located upstairs with a patio. Downstairs is the living room, half bath, fireplace, and Murphy bunk bed.

LUXURY STUDIO
Luxury Studios feature vintage artwork and ranch-inspired antiques. Additional accents include a grand wood-burning fireplace that can be enjoyed from the king-size bed or fireside seating area complete with Pendleton accessories. Guests can also unwind on the private outdoor patio.

GOLF VIEW COTTAGE
Deluxe Studios, averaging 420 square feet, have large open spaces with vaulted ceilings. Studio fireplaces can be enjoyed in bed or from the romantic fireside seating area.

• Wood-burning fireplace
• Private parking spot
• Outdoor patio
