La Posada’s unique spaces provide the perfect setting for life’s most important events. Whether hosting a private dinner, a reception in the ballroom, or an intimate outdoor wedding, the hotel staff can help create lasting memories surrounded by history and art. AV Equipment, catering, bar service, and tables and chairs are available for event rentals.

The Turquoise Restaurant
The onsite restaurant serves regional contemporary Southwestern cuisine. The Turquoise Room main dining room and Fred Harvey Room can accommodate 120 guests. Hosts interested in renting the whole space are required to arrange a hotel buy out and order from the catering menu.

Ballroom
The 2000-square-foot ballroom is original to La Posada and is the ideal setting for groups up to 50. The striking room is adorned with an eclectic mix of antique and contemporary artwork, including hand-crafted chandeliers and Tina Mion’s monumental triptych: A New Years Party in Purgatory.

Cottonwood Grove
For an intimate, outdoor event among the garden blooms, the Cottonwoood Grove provides a beautiful backdrop and year-round Arizona sunshine.
