Turquoise Room
The Turquoise Room restaurant is named for the private dining room aboard the Santa Fe Super Chief’s train car Pleasure Dome. The restaurant specializes in regional contemporary Southwestern cuisine, and features favorites like churro lamb, squash blossoms, and the signature soup. The signature soup has been on the menu since The Turquoise Room opened in 2001 and consists of a creamy sweet corn on one side and smooth and spicy black bean on the other.

The Martini Lounge
The Martini Lounge, decorated with an Art Deco railroad theme, offers craft cocktails, wine, and bar snacks. Relax at the beautiful walnut and maple bar and enjoy the original photos and menus celebrating Route 66 and the Fred Harvey Company heritage.
