- Explore one of Berkeley’s most popular attractions, the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive (BAMPFA). Since 1970, the museum and archive has been dedicated to art and film. It now holds more than 25,000 pieces of artwork and 18,000 films as well as the world’s largest collection of African American Quilt. As part of the University of California, Berkely, BAMPFA strives to provide artistic diversity through its films, live performances, educational programs, and art exhibits.
- Visit one of the district's oldest parks, Charles Lee Tilden Regional Park. The park features a carousel ride, a botanic garden, and even a lake (Lake Anza). “Stop and smell the roses” at Berkeley’s Rose Garden. This historic garden was first constructed in 1933 and became dedicated for public use in 1937. The garden features events and different activities, sometimes for guests to take part in. Guests can rent out spaces at the park for use.
- Hike at Indian Rock Park in Berkeley, California. It is known for it’s climbing experiences for hikers and offers incredible views of the San Francisco Bay area.
