Standard Rooms
These efficient, yet luxurious rooms offer 200 - 250 sq. ft of living space with a full size bed for a maximum occupancy of 2. The bathrooms are spacious and each room is individually climate controlled.

Premier King and Double Queen Rooms
Capturing the essence of modern Southern style, the light-filled Luxury Rooms span 525 to 650 square feet and feature large windows, luxurious bedding, and a choice of one king bed or two double beds.

One-Bedroom Suites
The large One Bedroom Suite features a separate living and dining area and master bedroom with a queen or king pillow-top bed, two HDTVs, hardwood floors, and large windows overlooking downtown Atlanta.

Premier One-Bedroom Suites
The Premier One Bedroom Suite is furnished with one king or one queen pillow-top bed, a separate living/dining area with extra-large windows, two flat-screen HDTVs, a full kitchen, and full-size washer/dryer.

Two-Bedroom Suites
Perfect for a family getaway, the Two Bedroom Suite is a modern Midtown oasis with two private bedrooms with queen pillow-top beds, a living/dining area, three HDTVs, a full kitchen, and full-size washer/dryer. Two Bedroom Suites have either one or two large bathrooms.

Three-Bedroom Suites
Ideal for entertaining, the spacious Three Bedroom Suite features hardwood floors, stylish furnishings, and extra-large windows. Highlights include bedrooms with queen pillow-top beds, two bathrooms, four HDTVs, a full kitchen, and a full-size washer/dryer.

Premier Rooms and Suites
There comes a time in life when occasions such as weddings, business meetings, or other special events, require a guest to stay in more upscale surroundings. The Premier Rooms and Suites at The Georgian Terrace offer features a little bit more refreshed than the standard rooms and suites. However, bookings for these rooms fill quickly as they are often booked for extended stays. It is pertinent to get the booking for these suites in as early as possible.

Premier King or 2 Queens
This newly renovated 550 sq. ft room features 1 King or 2 Queen beds with new carpets and glass door showers in the bathroom. Control the climate in each room and bask in the natural light that spills in through the large windows.

One-Bedroom Suites
This 750 sq. ft room has a separate bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Most of the Premiere One-Bedrooms suites include an extra 150 sq. ft room that can be used as a bridal party changing room, an office, or a den.

Two-Bedroom Suites
These spacious suites offer 1,300 sq. ft with two private bedrooms, each featuring a Queen bed, living/dining space, and one or two spacious bathrooms.

Three-Bedroom Suites
With 1,740 sq. ft of space, everyone in the party can hang out together in the living/dining area, or seek solace in one of the three private bedrooms, each featuring a Queen bed.

Penthouse Suites
Living large and living luxurious in the Penthouse Suites at The Georgian Terrace means enjoying views of Midtown Atlanta that can be considered downright gorgeous. Melt into the luxuriously comfortable beds like butter and let the 300-thread-count-linens give the night's sleep that "fluffy-cloud" feeling.

Penthouse 1
This bi-level penthouse includes two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and 2,941 sq. ft. The bedrooms are located on the upper level. A master bedroom and living room each have an adjoining bathroom with a dressing area and walk-in closets. The main floor has a full kitchen, a living room and a dining room area with modern, stylish furnishings. The room offers plenty of natural light and when that's not available, the tasteful lighting fixtures add ambiance to an already sophisticated and serene interior.

Penthouse 2
Two levels, two-and-a-half baths, two bedrooms, a den, and 2,425 sq. ft furnished with mid-century style modern pieces with clean, bold color. The master and guest bedroom are on the upper level and the main floor houses the living room, the dining room area, den, half-bath, and kitchen. From this Penthouse, guests can look out towards the South and enjoy the twinkling lights of Midtown Atlanta.

Penthouse 3
At 2,718 sq. ft, Penthouse 3 features a dramatic glass rotunda which lets in plenty of natural light. The decor has clean lines and a rich, yet conservative palette, ideal for sophisticated leisure and corporate guests.

Penthouse 4
Another string of "twos" in this modern, yet of spoken suite, with two levels, two-and-a-half baths, 2,171 sq. ft, and an Eastern sunrise view of Midtown Atlanta.

Penthouse 5
Ideal for entertaining guests as this is an apartment-style suite with a modern decor and complementary hues. East facing, guests can enjoy a peaceful morning sunrise and a designer kitchen with stainless appliances and a glass-tile backsplash.

Penthouse 6
A plush living and dining area are lit with modern chandeliers in this two-bedroom, two bath and 1,525 sq. ft, east-facing suite. Guests can enjoy views of Stone Mountain during the day and twinkling cityscapes at night. The master bathroom includes a delightful soaking tub with separate shower and dressing area.

Suite 821
The standard two-bedroom, two bath, dressing room, and 1,740 sq. ft of space, the decor is refined and can be described as "restrained indulgence" with a crystal chandelier, and dark-walnut cabinets and stainless appliances. An apartment-style suite located in the southwest corner of the 8th floor.
