Once historic meeting spaces for Harvard functions, the lower lobby rooms at The Eliot Hotel are great venues for everything from reunions to board meetings. Like the hotel’s rooms and suites, these spaces mix architectural detail with modern conveniences. The larger Charles Eliot Room can accommodate sixty guests, while the hotel’s boardroom, the Commonwealth Room, can host up to ten.

The hotel offers several support services for successful meetings and events. Catering can be organized through UNI and the hotel, and group rates can be negotiated. A/V equipment is also available to support presentations. Finally, hosts can collaborate with the hotel and the neighboring Harvard Club to finalize plans.
