Discover the massive porch, once used by hotel manager William “Buffalo Bill” Cody to audition acts for his Wild West Show. Often noted as one of the Inn’s most distinguishing architectural features, the covered porch wraps around the north, south, and east elevations, and is the perfect setting for enjoying morning coffee and watching the sunrise, or gathering with friends, family, and fellow travelers.

Travel through time by taking a tour of the historic Sheridan Inn. With many historic photos, antique furnishings, and historical displays guests can learn of the changes the Inn has seen in the over 125 years since it was built. Although the location has experienced many updates, the first-floor lobby is largely intact with the original beams, columns, fireplace, and front desk, and the historic flavor has been preserved.
