• Visit Monument Circle a few blocks away. This famous area of the city is home to a moving monument known as the Soldier’s & Sailor’s Memorial. Listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, it pays tribute to those Hoosiers who died while fighting for the Union in the American Civil War. Then had over to the Indiana World War Memorial and Museum nearby.

• Explore the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, an 8-mile bike and pedestrian path in the heart of downtown. Connecting neighborhoods and cultural districts, the trail is a great way to get an overview of the city and the great restaurants and attractions it has to offer.

• Explore the ‘Racing Capital of the World.’ Indianapolis is home to the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway, which hosts major events like the Indy 500, Brickyard Invitational, Grand Prix, and air races.
