For nearly a century, the Hassayampa Inn has enjoyed a long standing tradition of hosting premier events, business meetings and functions as well as exclusive private parties. The Hassayampa Inn features 12,000 sq. ft. of meeting facilities, including nine distinct meeting spaces can accommodate between ten and 150 guests. With full catering facilities, access to state-of-the-art equipment, high-speed internet access and business support services the Hassayampa Inn is fully able to handle varying group sizes and setups. Special group rates are available for groups of ten or more.

Marina Ballroom
The Marina Ballroom next to the Hassayampa Inn was acquired in 2001 to lend its distinct Art Deco carvings, paintings, light fixtures and architecture to the hotel’s historic ambiance. This unique 2,100-sq.-ft. banquet space offers a fanciful architectural counterpoint to Prescott’s Victorian history that complements the famous Elks Theatre located just around the corner.

Rooftop Terrace
Topping the Marina Room is the Rooftop Terrace with unparalleled views of downtown Prescott and its surroundings—majestic Thumb Butte and the skyline of the Bradshaw Mountains in the distance. The perfect location for a cocktail party or summer reception, the Rooftop Terrace seats 80 for dining and overlooks the Gazebo.

Arizona Room
A favorite with brides, the Arizona Ballroom features stained-glass windows and doors, antique chandeliers that still glimmer of yesteryear. This banquet space accommodates up to 110 people.

1927 Salon
The 1927 Room and Main Lobby showcase the best of Hassayampa Inn’s Old World charm, from the porte-cochere to the hand-painted wood-beamed ceiling and Talavera tile fireplace. Castilian walnut furniture, embossed copper panels, chandeliers and etched glass complete the historic ambiance and make a superb location for a wine tasting, an art auction, a cocktail party or a black-tie reception.

Gazebo Patio
The Gazebo itself and adjacent Courtyard offer space for a 100-person reception in a protected corner of the historic red brick hotel building. A very romantic setting with twinkling lights makes for a perfect location to exchange marriage vows.
