Made with Saint George’s Gin, Vermouth, and Bràulio, this signature cocktail is made in the hotel's Pickwick Pub, which is home to some of the finest cognacs and whiskeys in the world.

Made in-house with locally-grown, hand-selected ingredients, the hotel's crab cake features Jumbo Lump crab meat blended together with gluten free breadcrumbs, sautéed onions, red pepper, and celery. The crabmeat and ingredients are then served with a combination of mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, lemon juice, chives and parsley.
