Led by Kentucky-native Executive Chef Jonathan Searle, Proof on Main’s menu showcases a unique, modern approach to comfortable, accessible and locally-sourced cuisine. Among its most popular culinary items include Smoked Kentucky Catfish Dip and its very own buttermilk biscuits. The bar is a popular destination and features more than 120 varieties of Kentucky bourbon. But it also has many other kinds of beverages to try. For instance, its most popular cocktail—the Tamarind Diaz—is a take on the margarita with its smoky mezcal, bright cilantro, and tangy mango-tamarind syrup.
