Sales
Historic Hotels Worldwide offers its participating hotels valuable opt-in supplemental opportunities to participate in various tradeshows, client showcases, partner client events, and other sales programs, all of which serve to enhance and extend direct sales efforts.
Client Events
Each year, Historic Hotels Worldwide organizes specific events to help hotels meet and network with clients in a marketplace reception-style format. Typically, these marketplace events attract 75-150 clients and 25-65 hotel representatives, and rotate in locations, including Chicago, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, DC.
For more information regarding the schedule of Tradeshows, Events, and Meetings, please click here.
Tradeshows
Throughout the year, Historic Hotels Worldwide exhibits at national and international tradeshows and encourages hotels to participate in these events. By sharing in the exhibit cost, participants are able to attend a greater number of shows, increase their customer contact, and maximize exposure.
Preservation Client Database
Historic Hotels Worldwide has retooled, expanded, and enhanced its popular Preservation Client Database, a listing of over 1,000 preservation-friendly organizations and historic preservation offices in the United States that have an affinity for hosting meetings and events in historic venues.
Hotels can provide Historic Hotels Worldwide with exclusive group sales offers suitable for the Preservation Client Database. Meeting planner responses will forward to the Historic Hotels Worldwide National Sales Office for review and then sent to the appropriate hotel(s) for response. A single e-blast will be sent to the Preservation Client Database each month and each e-blast will feature up to four hotels' group offers. The participation fee is $375 for a shared, multi-hotel e-blast and $950 for an individual e-blast featuring a single hotel.

Reservations
Generating reservations for participating hotels is one of the many benefits of Historic Hotels Worldwide. Utilizing the Historic Hotels Worldwide platform to produce reservations through new market segments, offering channels of distribution for all rate seasons, creating electronic marketing opportunities, and leveraging the latest in reservations technology solutions are the strategic goals of Historic Hotels Worldwide.
All participating hotels are required to offer rooms on HistoricHotelsWorldwide.com in order for consumers to make reservations at each property through HistoricHotelsWorldwide.com.
